219 Continuous Oil Change Module

The DAVCO 219 is used with DAVCO RAB to continuously change oil on a running engine. Maintaining constant oil quality regardless of engine running time leads to longer life and extended time between overhauls. For engines that must run without interruption, continuous oil change greatly reduces and simplifies maintenance.

The used oil can be routed to a waste tank or into the fuel for burning on approved engine applications.

The DAVCO 219 is available calibrated in U.S. gallons (219G), quarts (219Q), or liters (219M). The disposal rate may be set anywhere between 0 and 0.99 gallon, quart or liter per hour.

The electrical control circuit is protected against reversed supply voltage, electrical spikes, and noise. Various DAVCO remote readouts may be connected to provide a record of oil used or of oil used and engine running time.
