Slow Flow Oil Consumption Meter

The DAVCO Slow Flow Meters are used to measure oil consumption less than 10 GPH on engines and compressors. The two piston, positive displacement design allows slow flow fluid measurements within 0.5% accuracy at extremely low flow rates. MR series Sturdy cast construction using Teflon^® piston seals running in microfinished cylinders, assures long life in a wide variety of industrial engine and compressor applications.

The counter is magnetically driven through an aluminum barrier, eliminating packing glands and oil seals.

Optional electronic readouts allow the counter display to be mounted up to 200 ft (61m) from the meter. Choices of readouts will display volume, volume vs. time, or volume from two meters. The electronic displays, which replace the mechanical counter, are battery powered with replaceable, 5-year life, lithium batteries.

Pressure and Flow Rates:

An integral pressure regulator accommodates inlet pressures from 3.5 psi. (0.25kg.cm 2 ) to 100 psi (7kg/cm 2 ). Outlet pressure is regulated not to exceed a pressure of 3.5 psi to make the combination of Slow Flow Oil Consumption Meter and the Oil Level Regulator a perfectly matched crankcase oil control system.
