FT2200 Transmission Fluid Level Gauge

The FT2200 Transmission Fluid Level Gauge is designed to allow transmission fluid levels to be checked quickly and easily. The gauge is typically located on or near the rear run box, and allows fuel service employees and mechanics to check levels without pulling the manual dipstick. The gauge is calibrated to Allison's level criteria, and, in most cases, it proves to be more accurate than manual dipstick readings.

The FT2200 is wired so that it will indicate fluid level under the following conditions:

1. Engine running at low idle
2. Transmission is in neutral for at least 90 seconds
3. Fluid temperature is between 125°F and 220°F.
