The Diesel Pro 234 Biodiesel product line is no longer available. DAVCO will continue to offer the Fuel Pro 384 Biodiesel Unit. For all on highway applications using biodiesel fuels greater than B20, the Fuel Pro 384 should be used as a replacement for the Diesel Pro 234.

The Fuel Pro 384 (Biodiesel) is designed for engines with flow rated up to 180 GPH which use biodiesel blends. The Fuel Pro 384 is equiped a thermostatically controlled fluid (engine coolant) heater. A 12VDC pre-heater is available as an option.

The Fuel Pro 384, with it's “SEEING IS BELIEVING”^® technology, is suitable for heavy duty applications. Fuel may contain up to 20% of ASTM D6751 biodiesel blend stock (B20). The Biodiesel 384 differs from Fuel Pro 382 in the seal technology and larger internal passages, designed to accommodate higher viscosity fuels.

Applications

• Any on-highway diesel engine with flow rates 180 GPH and biodiesel blends greater than B20*.
• Medium Duty and Heavy Duty Trucks, Fire Trucks, Transit Buses, Motor Coaches and Motor Homes.

Shop Pro FXP

The Shop Pro FXP is a brand new product now available from DAVCO. The Shop Pro FXP is a multipurpose shop floor tool custom designed to remove water and contaminants from a diesel fuel tank, transfer diesel fuel or prime heavy duty diesel engines including the Detroit Diesel DD13/DD15/DD16 engine line.

Applications

• Removes contaminated fuel, sediment and water from fuel tanks of diesel powered equipment or from diesel storage tanks
• Primes heavy-duty engine fuel system after filter change
• Filters and transfers fuel in one operation
